| Initial public issue of upto 12,96,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each of BLT Logistics Limited ("BLT" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)[*]/- per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to (Rs)[*] crores ("the issue"), of which 94,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs)[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)[*]/- per equity share aggregating to (Rs)[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 12,01,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each at a price of (Rs)[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)[*]/- per equity share aggregating to (Rs)[*] crores is herein after referred to as the "net issue". the issue and the net issue will constitute upto 27.02% and 25.05, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. the face value of the equity shares is (Rs)10/- each.
Price Band:(Rs)71 to (Rs)75 per equity share of the face value of (Rs)10 each.
The floor price is 7.1 times of the face value the cap price is 7.5 times of the face value.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3200 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter. |
