| Initial public offer of up to 1,02,72,000 ^ equity shares of face value (Rs)5 each (the "equity sharesö) of Neetu Yoshi Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)[*] per equity share (including securities premium of (Rs)[*] per equity share) ("issue price"), aggregating up to (Rs)[*] crores (the "issue") of which 5,20,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)[*] crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion").
