| Initial public offer of upto 19,05,600* equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Silky Overseas Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)10 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)[*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs)[*] ("The Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of upto 3,13,600 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)[*] will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
