| Initial public issue of upto 60,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each of Vivekanand Cotspin Limited ("VCL" or "The Company") for cash at a price of (Rs)37 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)27 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs)22.2 Crores, of which 3,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each at a price of (Rs)37 aggregating to (Rs)1.11 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation
Portion") and net issue to public of 57,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each at a price of (Rs)37 aggregating to (Rs)21.09 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.97% and 25.62% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is (Rs)10/- each.
Price Band: (Rs)37/- per equity share of face value (Rs)10/- each.
The floor price is 3.70 times of the face value of the equity shares.
