Business Partner Terms and Conditions |
- To enroll as Geojit’s Business Partner , you (“Referrer”) must open an account with Geojit.
- Referrer can provide leads for multiple products offered by Geojit
- You can refer a prospect (“Referral”) via Geojit’s partner portal and share the details of the Referral
- Geojit will communicate with the Referral through emails or SMS
- The Referral must open trading account with Geojit and initiate trading activity
- The revenue receivable by the Referrer will calculated based on the trading activity of the Referrer
- Referrer can be eligible for upto 25% of the income generated. Eg : if the Referrer refers a minimum of 80 clients with average income of of Rs 5000 per month, then Referrer may be eligible to earn minimum of Rs.100000 per month.
- The revenue generated will be paid to the Bank Account of the Referrer (How the payment will be done – monthly/ quarterly)
- The following activities are prohibited and will attract disqualification and legal proceedings :
- Spamming with invalid leads
- Sharing Referral’s information without his/ her consent
- Advertisement of any form via any medium
- Any act or omission likely to harm the reputation of Geojit
- Geojit Financial Services Limited. reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue or extend the Program and its terms and conditions, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice.
- This Program and its terms and conditions are governed by Indian laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala ,India
- The decision of Geojit Financial Services Limited. shall be final on all matters relating to, or in connection with this Program and binding on all parties concerned.
