Container Corporation of India (Concor)’s consolidated net profit declined 12.4% to Rs 262.65 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with Rs 299.79 crore in Q4 FY25. Net sales fell 1.1% YoY to Rs 2,263.30 crore in Q4 FY26.
Suprajit Engineering’s consolidated net profit soared 161% to Rs 71.11 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 27.24 crore in Q4 FY25. Net sales jumped 18.8% YoY to Rs 1041.93 crore in Q4 FY26.
Pine Labs reported consolidated net profit to Rs 59.36 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with net loss of Rs 28.91 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations climbed 17.02% YoY to Rs 700.51 crore in Q4 FY26.
Suzlon Energy’s consolidated net profit declined 5.64% to Rs 1,114.35 crore on a 44.91% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 5,468.06 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.
Aditya Birla Fashion Retail (ABFRL) net loss widened to Rs 148 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with net loss of Rs 16.87 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations climbed 15.74% YoY to Rs 1990.13 crore in Q4 FY26.
For the full year,net profit declined 3.74% to Rs 1241.80 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1290.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.16% to Rs 9078.97 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 8887.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
. At 14:25 ST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex slipped 425.31 points or 0.55% to 76,064.72. The Nifty 50 index fell 97.80 points or 0.40% to 23,933.10.
The broader market outperformed the frontline indices. The BSE 150 MidCap Index added 0.18% and the BSE 250 SmallCap Index jumped 0.22%.
The market breadth was almost even. On the BSE, 2,062 shares rose and 2,054 shares fell. A total of 206 shares were unchanged.
The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of volatility over the near term, fell 3.05% to 16.19.

The Nifty PSU Bank shares declined 0.65% to 8,184.20. The index rallied 4.64% in the past five trading sessions.
Bank of Maharashtra (down 1.37%), Bank of India (down 1.29%), Union Bank of India (down 1.01%), Indian Bank (down 0.93%), Indian Overseas Bank (down 0.83%), Bank of Baroda (down 0.77%), State Bank of India (down 0.63%), Central Bank of India (down 0.58%), Punjab National Bank (down 0.56%) and Canara Bank (down 0.55%) declined.
Numbers to Tracks:
The yield on India's 10-year benchmark federal paper advanced 0.10% to 7.032 compared with previous session close of 7.025.
In the foreign exchange market, the rupee edged lower against the dollar. The partially convertible rupee was hovering at 95.5975 compared with its close of 95.2600 during the previous trading session.
MCX Gold futures for 5 June 2026 settlement fell 0.84% to Rs 157,750.
The US Dollar Index (DXY), which tracks the greenback's value against a basket of currencies, was down 0.17% to 99.08.
The United States 10-year bond yield declined 1.36% to 4.511.
In the commodities market, Brent crude for July 2026 settlement dropped $3.98 or 3.84% to $99.56 a barrel.
Marksans Pharma surged 12.69% after the company reported strong growth in quarterly earnings. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net profit of Rs 148.12 crore in Q4 FY26, up 63.60% YoY and 30.85% QoQ. Revenue from operations rose 20.84% YoY to Rs 856.11 crore in Q4 FY26, while increasing 13.48% QoQ.
Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) fell 7.41% after the company reported a 12.38% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 262.65 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 299.79 crore posted in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations slipped 1.1% year-on-year to Rs 2,263.30 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 341.71 crore in Q4 FY26, down 12.73% from Rs 391.59 crore reported in Q4 FY25.
For the full financial year FY26, the company reported a 3.73% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,241.80 crore, while revenue from operations increased 2.15% year-on-year to Rs 9,078.97 crore compared with FY25.
Meanwhile, the board declared a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share of face value Rs 5 each for FY26. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividends already paid during the year, including Rs 1.60 per share, Rs 2.60 per share and Rs 3.40 per share. The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 38th Annual General Meeting. The record date for determining eligible shareholders will be announced separately, while payment of the final dividend will be completed within 30 days from the date of the AGM, if approved.
Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) is engaged in the business of providing inland transportation of containers by rail. It also covers the management of ports and air cargo complexes and establishes cold chains.
The order is valued at Rs 175.36 crore and is a domestic contract.
The supplies are scheduled to be completed by 28 February 2027, with a minimum delivery schedule of two rakes per month.
The company said neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
The company’s consolidated net profit declined 8.9% to Rs 333.91 crore despite 4.5% increase in net sales to Rs 2,307.51 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.
