Nava Ltd tumbled 9.97% to Rs 633.25 at 14:47 IST.The stock was the biggest loser in the BSE's 'A' group.On the BSE, 99333 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.17 lakh shares in the past one month.
Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd crashed 7.31% to Rs 207.35. The stock was the second biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 9.5 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 8.15 lakh shares in the past one month.
EPL Ltd lost 7.12% to Rs 213.2. The stock was the third biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 1.5 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 68091 shares in the past one month.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd slipped 7.02% to Rs 116.55. The stock was the fourth biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 8.34 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.13 lakh shares in the past one month.
Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd corrected 6.91% to Rs 2689.95. The stock was the fifth biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 5189 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4748 shares in the past one month.
For the full year,net profit rose 48.92% to Rs 4034.37 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2709.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.53% to Rs 13150.40 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10311.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
NBCC (India) on 11 April 2026, has entered into two different Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) as follows:
1. MoU for the Redevelopment of August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi HUDCO and NBCC agree to collaborate and jointly work towards the redevelopment of leasehold plot admeasuring approx. 18830 sqmt. at Block No. 25, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. NBCC shall render Techno-economic feasibility study, Construction and Project Management, Monetization of built-up space etc.
2. MoU for providing funds for the ongoing and upcoming projects of NBCC's self sustainable model Reinforcing cooperation and collaboration to leverage respective strengths for undertaking Asset Monetization activities for NBCC's self-sustainable model projects. HUDCO shall provide funds for ongoing and upcoming projects of NBCC's self sustainable model on mutually agreed terms and conditions. NBCC shall provide Project Management and Marketing consultancy services. The partnership is expected to expedite projects execution, enhance assets value, and contribute to urban infrastructure development.
The said MoUs are in the normal course of business of the Company.
