Intellect Design Arena announced the launch of MSOCK — Multidimensional Multilayer System of Connected Knowledge, an AI-native engineering system designed to address one of the biggest barriers to enterprise AI adoption: AI can generate code, but it does not inherently understand the enterprise it is being asked to change. Intellect has filed 39 patents relating to MSOCK technology and is launching the technology to the world for the first time on 09 September 2026, at Global FinTech Fest 2026.
MSOCK introduces a new enterprise knowledge infrastructure that makes institutional knowledge connected, computable and visual, enabling AI to understand the relationships across business, operations, compliance and technology before it acts.
The launch marks Intellect's move from coding-led software engineering to cognitive engineering, where enterprise transformation begins not with writing code, but with understanding business intent, institutional knowledge, architectural dependencies and the impact of change.
As part of the launch, Intellect is issuing an open challenge to financial institutions. Organisations can bring one of their complex application modules to Intellect. Within three weeks, MSOCK will map the application and its connected knowledge, enabling the institution to ask one of the most consequential questions in enterprise technology: “If I change this, what exactly will break?”
The challenge is intended to demonstrate MSOCK's ability to identify dependencies and the precise blast radius of proposed changes before code is modified.
Consequently, the issued share capital and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 70,17,82,855 divided into 14,03,56,571 Equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
Intellect Design Arena announced that Swaziland Building Society (SBS) has successfully gone live with the Intellect eMACH.ai Treasury suite. This milestone marks a critical phase in the institution's transformation into SBS Bank Eswatini, following its provisional commercial banking licence from the Central Bank of Eswatini (CBE). Intellect has been a strategic technology partner with SBS since 2018 for various technology offerings, including Core Banking, Lending and Treasury.
For over six decades, SBS has been a pillar of Eswatini's financial sector, primarily focused on mortgage financing. The transition to a full-service commercial bank required a fundamental shift in Treasury operations—moving from spreadsheet-based tracking to a sophisticated, multi-asset strategy.
Rajesh Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Intellect Consumer Banking, said, “This is a journey I'm particularly excited about, as it validates the architecture strength of eMACH.ai Treasury and engineering vision. We enabled a seamless transition of SBS Treasury from a building society to a commercial bank through incremental enhancements, while introducing region-specific capabilities like advanced Call Notice and expanding into FX, Money Markets, and Fixed Income. We look forward to supporting our clients in their treasury transformation journeys with strong execution discipline.”

Intellect Design Arena announced three strategic customer wins for its eMACH.ai Custody. The engagements reinforce Intellect's growing leadership in enabling financial services institutions to establish modern custody and asset servicing businesses through its integrated Wealth and Capital Markets capabilities.
Commenting on the strategic wins, Ramanan SV, CEO-India & South Asia, Intellect Design Arena, said, 'Custody is emerging as a strategic growth opportunity for non-bank financial institutions looking to broaden their Wealth and Capital Markets offerings. As institutions enter the custody and asset servicing domain, they need more than a technology solution; they need a business foundation that enables continuous expansion. Intellect's eMACH.ai Custody has been architected as the gateway to Intellect's integrated Wealth and Capital Markets capabilities, enabling institutions to progressively expand into fund accounting, transfer agency, investor servicing, and post-trade operations without reimagining their technology landscape.
