The floor price of Rs 771.73 per equity share is at a discount of 0.83% to the scrip's previous closing price of Rs 778.15 on the BSE.
The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price for the issue. The issue price will be determined in consultation with the bookrunning lead managers appointed for the issue. The Finance & Investment Committee is scheduled to meet on 19 June 2026 to consider and approve the issue price, including any discount thereto, in accordance with SEBI regulations.

The proposal remains subject to shareholder approval and other regulatory clearances. The company has also scheduled an extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) for 09 July 2026 to seek shareholder consent for the same.
Assuming 100% conversion of warrants, shareholding of Dr. Abhinay Bollineni will rise to 0.84% from 0.06% currently, and that of Adwik Bollineni will climb to 0.80% from 0.01%.
Bharas Ventures LLP will own 0.31% stake in the company post warrant conversion. Bharas Ventures is a limited liability partnership between the company’s two promoters, viz., Dr. Bhaskara Rao Bollineni and Ms. Rajyasri Bollineni.

For the full year,net profit declined 37.22% to Rs 241.40 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 384.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.65% to Rs 3904.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3035.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
