The object of these subsidiaries is to carry on the business of establishing, erecting, installing, operating, managing, and maintaining telecommunication towers, masts, poles, antennas, and other related infrastructure for telecommunication, broadcasting, or wireless communication purposes, along with such other objects as specified in the Memorandum of Association.

The stock hit a record high of Rs 12.8 on 31 Dec 2025. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 6.12 on 14 Aug 2025.
In the cash market, The Nifty 50 index surged 190.75 points or 0.74% to 26,129.60.
The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of volatility over the near term, was down 2.09% to 9.48.
Vodafone Idea, Indus Towers and Steel Authority of India (SAIL) were the top-traded individual stock futures contracts in the F&O segment of the NSE.

The subsidiary’s initial share capital will be contributed in cash at face value, comprising 300 shares of AED 1,000 each.
Indus Towers confirmed that the new entity qualifies as a related party by virtue of being a wholly-owned subsidiary. Apart from this, the company stated that its promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no additional interest in the transaction.

The company’s portfolio of 256,074 telecom towers makes it one of the largest tower infrastructure providers in the country with a presence in all 22 telecom circles. Indus Towers caters to all wireless telecommunication service providers in India.
On a consolidated basis, Indus Towers reported a profit after tax of Rs 1,839 crore, down 17.3% year-on-year, while revenue rose 9.7% year-on-year to Rs 8,188 crore.
The counter rose 0.07% to Rs 402.55 on the BSE.
