The current commercial capacity of NTPC Green Energy Group stands at 7,889.335 MW. With the addition of this capacity, the total installed capacity of the NGEL Group will increase to 7927.26 MW.
With this addition, NGEL’s total commercial capacity has risen to 7,639.075 MW, while its total installed capacity now stands at 7,645.675 MW, further strengthening the company’s growing renewable energy portfolio and supporting India’s clean energy objectives.
Shares of NTPC Green Energy shed 0.06% to Rs 90.82 on the BSE.
With this, the current commercial capacity of NTPC Green stands at 7639.075 MW and the total installed capacity of the NGEL Group will increase to 7645.675 MW.
With this, the total installed and commercial capacity of NTPC Group will be 84,931 MW.
The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest in the development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hybrid projects (with or without storage), green hydrogen and derivatives, and green mobility solutions.
The company reported a 130.25% surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 87.59 crore in Q2 FY26 as against Rs 38.04 crore reported in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations jumped 21.52% YoY to Rs 612.29 crore in the quarter ended 30 September 2025.
Shares of NTPC Green Energy rose 0.05% to Rs 98.20 on the BSE.
