Job Profile

  • Communicatewith clients to understand their investment objectives, provide marketinsights, and execute trades according to client’s sole preferences andconfirmation.

  • Suggest trade& investment recommendations as given by fundamental and technical researchteam (only).

  • Execute buyand sell orders for clients in a timely and accurate manner across differentfinancial markets and instruments while ensuring proper evidence of the orderhas been acquired (Confirm with client: TRAQS- TRADE CODE, RATE, ACTIVITY,QUANTITY and SCRIP).

  • Expand thecustomer base by actively prospecting for new clients through diverse methodsincluding cold-calling, appointment scheduling, and harnessingreferences/leads.

  • Ensure clientsreceive precise trade confirmations on a daily basis.

  • Reportcustomers grievance related to trade disputes directly to ComplianceDepartment, Head Office at the earliest.

  • Activation ofclients who are dormant or inactive by advocating them to start trading again.

  • Executecross-selling based on customer need, aimed at third-party products to optimizeengagement with current clientele, thereby maximize revenue generation for thecompany.

  • Maintainconsistent communication with clients who are mapped to him/her via telephonecalls and in-person meetings.

  • Monitor marketconditions, trends, and news that may impact the prices of securities or otherfinancial products.

  • Assess andmanage the risks associated with executing trades, including market risk,liquidity risk, and operational risk.

  • Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry bestpractices related to trade execution and client interactions.

  • Stay updatedon the features, risks, and potential returns of various financial productsoffered by the company.

  • Collaboratewith colleagues in other departments such as research, sales, and riskmanagement to provide holistic solutions to clients and contribute to theoverall success of the organization.

  • Stay updatedon the developments in financial markets, regulatory changes, and technologicaladvancements that may impact the role of a dealer.

  • Expand the customer base byactively prospecting for new clients through diverse methods includingcold-calling, appointment scheduling, and harnessing references/leads.

  • Advocate for investments inMutual Funds products, Insurance products, Equity & Debt Products, CurrencyTrading, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGB’s) etc.and any other products which may be launched in the future based on the needsof the customer.

  • Execute cross & up-sellingaimed at providing third-party products to optimize engagement with currentclientele, thereby enhancing revenue generation for the company without anyform of mis-selling.

  • Ensure the maintenance and growthof Assets under Management (AUM) within the branch.

  • Maintain consistent communicationwith clients who are mapped to him/her via telephone calls and in-personmeetings.

  • Educate potential prospects aboutthe company, its products, and services.

  • Provide regular updates toclients through research reports on equity, new mutual fund schemes, New FundOffers (NFOs), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and market trends.

  • Assist clients with investmentapplication forms and guide them through the completion process.

  • Deliver after-sales service,conduct follow-ups, and ensure client retention.

  • Prepare daily sales reports andsubmit them to the reporting officer.

  • Make prompt entries in CRM and /or back office of the businesses / activities done.

  • Contribute to branch promotionalactivities to enhance visibility and engagement.
