| Initial public offer of 43,70,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Acetech E-Commerce Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") at an offer price of (Rs)112 per equity share for cash aggregating up to (Rs)48.95 Crores. The offer includes a reservation of 2,19,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each, at an offer price of (Rs)112 per equity share for cash, aggregating (Rs)2.46 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of up to 41,50,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each, at an offer price of (Rs)112 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to (Rs)46.49 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer".
