| Initial public offer of up to 30,01,600 equity shares of face value of
(Rs)10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Akiko Global Services Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of (Rs)77 per equity share aggregating up to (Rs)23.11 crores of which up to 1,50,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for aggregating to (Rs)1.16 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 28,51,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each at a price of (Rs)77 per equity share aggregating to (Rs)21.95 is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.87% and 26.47% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
