| Initial public offering of 1,10,00,000^ equity shares of face value of
(Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of Akme Fintrade (India) Limited (The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)120 per equity share (including a premium of (Rs)110 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to
(Rs)132.00 crores ("The Issue"). The issue will constitute 25.78 % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital. The issue includes a reservation of up to 5,50,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each aggregating up to (Rs)6.60 crores (constituting up to 1.29 of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital) for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and net issue shall constitute 25.78 % and 24.49 %, respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is (Rs)10 each and the issue price is 12 times the face value of the equity shares.
