| Initial public offer of 23,10,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Enser Communications Limited ("Issuer" or the "Company") for cash at a price of (Rs)70/- per equity share ("Issue Price") (including a share premium of (Rs)60/- per equity share), aggregating to
(Rs)16.17 crores ("The Issue"), out of which, 1,18,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs)70/- per equity share aggregating to (Rs)0.83 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 21,92,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00/- each at an issue price of (Rs)70 per equity share aggregating to (Rs)15.34 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.50% and 25.15%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is (Rs)10/- each and the issue price of (Rs)70/- is 7 times of the face value.
