| Public issue of 33,60,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of Esconet Technologies Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)84 per equity (the "Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs)28.22 crores ("The Issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 33,60,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)28.22 crores (the "Fresh Issue") of which 1,76,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)1.48 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 31,84,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)26.74 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.18% and 25.76% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
