(Rs)10.00 each of Hariom Pipe Industries Limited ("The Company" or "The "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)153 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)143 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to
(Rs)130.05* crores ("The Issue"). The issue will constitute 33.36% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
