Initial public offering of upto 36,94,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of (Rs)54 per equity share (including a premium of (Rs)44 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs)19.95 crores ("The Issue").
