| Initial public offer of 32,57,600* equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each (The "Equity Shares") of m p k steels (i) limited (The "Company" or the "Offer") for cash at a price of (Rs)79 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)69.00 per equity share ( the "offer Price") aggregating to (Rs)25.74 Crore ("The Offer"). the offer includes a reservation of 1,63,200 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)1.29 Crore will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). the offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of 30,94,400 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)24.45 Crore ( the"Net Offer")
Price Band: (Rs)75/- to (Rs)79/- for equity share of face value of (Rs)1 each.
The floor price is 7.5 times times the face value and cap price is 7.9 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter. |
