| Initial public issue of 9,50,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Naturewings Holidays Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)74 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), (including a premium of (Rs)64 per equity share), aggregating
(Rs)7.03 crores ("The Issue"), of which 48,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)74/- for cash at a price of (Rs)64 each aggregating (Rs)0.36 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 9,02,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs)74 each for cash at a price of (Rs)64 per equity share, aggregating to (Rs)6.68 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.07% and 28.55% respectively of the post issue aid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is (Rs)10 each and the issue price is 7.4 times of the face value.
