| Initial public offer of upto 84,96,000 equity shares of face value of
(Rs)5/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Newjaisa Technologies Limited ("The Company" or "Newjaisa" or "The Issuer") at an issue price of (Rs)47 per equity share for cash, aggregating (Rs)39.93 crores ("Public Issue") out of which 4,26,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)5/- each, at an issue price of (Rs)47 per equity share for cash, aggregating (Rs)2.00 crores was reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 80,70,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)5/- each, at an issue price of (Rs)47 per equity share for cash, aggregating (Rs)37.93 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue shall constitute 26.40% and 25.07% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
