| Public issue of 60,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Resgen Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)47.00 per equity share including a share premium of
(Rs)37.00 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs)28.20 crores ("The Issue") of which 3,00,000 equity shares aggregating to
(Rs)1.41 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 57,00,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 26.79 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.61% and 27.18% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3000 equity shares and in multiples of 3000 equity shares thereafter.
