| Initial public offer of 40,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of Safa Systems & Technologies Limited (The "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)10 per equity share at par (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to (Rs)4.00 crores ("The Issue"), of which 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)10 per equity share, aggregating to (Rs)0.20 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 38,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)10 per equity share, aggregating to (Rs)3.80 crores is here inafter referred to as "The Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.53% and 25.20% respectively of the post issue paidup equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is (Rs)10 each and the issue price is
(Rs)10 i.e. 1 time of the face value of the equity shares.
The minimum lot size is 10,000 equity shares.
