| Initial public offering of 8,49,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sahara Maritime Limited ("Sahara Maritime" or "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)81/- per equity share (including a premium of (Rs)71 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating (Rs)6.88 crores ("The Issue") of which 43,200 equity shares aggregating to (Rs)0.35 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 8,06,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each at an issue price of (Rs)81/- per equity share aggregating up to (Rs)6.53 crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.67 % and 26.26% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
