| Initial Public Offer of 213,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("equity shares") of SBL Infratech Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)210 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)200 per equity share) aggregating up to (Rs)4.49 Crores ("issue") of which 10,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)210 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)200 per Equity share aggregating to (Rs)0.23 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net Issue of 202,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)210 per equity share aggregating (Rs)4.26 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.33% and 25.00%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Re. 10 each and the issue price is (Rs)210.
The Issue price is 21 times of the face value of the equity shares.
