| Initial public offer of upto 30,00,000 equity shares of face value of
(Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of Vishwas Agri Seeds Limited (the "Company" or "VASL" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)86 per share (including a share premium of (Rs)76 per equity share) (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to (Rs)25.80 crores ("The Issue"), of which upto 1,52,000 equity shares of (Rs)10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of upto 28,48,000 equity shares of
(Rs)10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.00% and 28.48%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is (Rs)10 and the issue price is 8.6 time of the face value.
