Apollo Micro Systems Ltd crashed 4.50% to Rs 220.8 at 14:46 IST.The stock was the biggest loser in the BSE's 'A' group.On the BSE, 5.03 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.1 lakh shares in the past one month.
Allcargo Logistics Ltd lost 4.16% to Rs 11.99. The stock was the second biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 2.21 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 3.52 lakh shares in the past one month.
Metro Brands Ltd tumbled 3.51% to Rs 1147.65. The stock was the third biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 13566 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 8949 shares in the past one month.
Websol Energy System Ltd slipped 3.29% to Rs 92.6. The stock was the fourth biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 1.83 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 7.55 lakh shares in the past one month.
Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd plummeted 3.05% to Rs 916.15. The stock was the fifth biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 28085 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.35 lakh shares in the past one month.
Apollo Micro Systems (AMS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana (GoT) on 08 December 2025, in Hyderabad, Telangana. Under this MoU, AMS along with its subsidiaries and step-down subsidiaries will be setting up a greenfield project in Telangana, marking a significant commitment toward strengthening the Nation's capabilities in critical sectors such as Defence and High-Energetic Explosives.
The proposed project, with an estimated investment of approximately Rs 1500 crore, is aimed at expanding the company's manufacturing and explosive filling capabilities. The project will focus on the manufacturing and filling of Warheads, Rocket Motors, Small, Medium and Large Calibre Artillery Systems and Ammunition, and building of complete Ammunition Systems for Artilleries, Rockets and Other Armaments. The project will cater to both domestic and overseas demand requirements.
The Government of Telangana shall extend facilitation to AMS in obtaining all necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, clearances, and applicable fiscal incentives from the concerned state departments, in accordance with existing policies, rules, and regulations as stated in MoU.
The license is obtained for manufacturing of equipments under categories of defence aircraft for unmanned helicopters activity which includes unmanned aerial systems.
The license is also granted under category of allied defence equipment for inertial navigation systems and radar equipments.
The license is valid for a period of 15 years and is a prerequisite for the present and upcoming manufacturing opportunities with Ministry of Defence (MoD).
The license also authorizes the company to manufacture complete radar equipment along with all associated and allied subsystems integral to radar technology. This includes the development, production, testing, and integration of radar assemblies, signal processing units, antennas, transmit– receive modules, and other related components essential to modern radar systems.
The company holds a license to manufacture unmanned helicopters (UAS) and is currently engaged in the development of multiple UAS platforms. It is working with both domestic and international partners on logistics and delivery UAV systems as well as offensive/attack-class unmanned systems. The company said that these systems are progressing as per schedule and are expected to enter field trials within the next two quarters.
The company also holds a license to manufacture Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) and is developing several navigation technologies. The company is collaborating with selected domestic and international partners to accelerate technology development and subsystem integration. To support these activities, the company has initiated procurement of critical test and calibration equipment required for the evaluation of advanced navigational systems.
Its navigation product pipeline includes MEMS-based INS, fiber optic gyro (FOG) based navigation systems, ring laser gyro (RLG) based navigation systems.

The total orders received by the Company amounts to Rs 34.09 crore.
