For the full year,net profit rose 14.40% to Rs 1652.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1444.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.58% to Rs 12326.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 11047.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
The company reported profit before exceptional items and tax of Rs 596 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a 3.47% increase from Rs 576 crore in the same quarter last year. Exceptional items for the quarter stood at Rs 108 crore.
On a full-year basis, the company’s consolidated net profit declined marginally by 0.69% YoY to Rs 1,987 crore, while revenue from operations rose 22.19% to Rs 11,602 crore in FY26 compared to FY25.

Romesh Sobti will continue as an independent director (non-executive) with effect from 20 September 2026.
