At 10:25 ST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex declined 67.43 points or 0.08% to 85,504.02. The Nifty 50 index advanced 0.10 points or 0.0% to 26,172.75.
In the broader market, the S&P BSE Mid-Cap index shed 0.01% and the S&P BSE Small-Cap index added 0.35%.
The market breadth was weak. On the BSE, 2,220 shares rose and 1,392 shares fell. A total of 237 shares were unchanged.
New Listing:
Shares of KSH International were currently trading at Rs 360.55 at 10:14 IST on the BSE, representing a discount of 6.11% as compared with the issue price of Rs 384.
The stock debuted at Rs 370 on the BSE, exhibiting a discount of 3.65% over the issue price.

Antony Waste Handling Cell surged 6.59% after the company announced that its arm, Antony Lara Enviro Solutions, has secured a contract worth Rs 329.45 crore for the development of a mixed solid waste processing plant in Maharashtra.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals advanced 1.64%. The company said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA, has announced the launch of Epinephrine Injection USP, 30 mg/30 mL (1 mg/mL) Multiple-Dose Vial in the United States.
According to an exchange filing, the project involves the establishment of a 600 to 800 tonnes-per-day (TPD) mixed solid waste processing plant on a design, build, operate and transfer (DBOT) basis on land owned by TMC at Atkoli in Bhiwandi taluka. The scope of work also includes comprehensive operation and maintenance of the facility for a period of 10 years.
The total capital expenditure for the project is estimated at Rs 67 crore, which will be reimbursed by TMC upon achievement of milestones as stipulated in the tender documents.
The company clarified that neither its promoters nor members of the promoter group have any interest in the awarding authority and that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction under applicable regulatory norms.

The company’s consolidated net profit rose 12.9% to Rs 13.65 crore on a 16.5% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 257.65 crore in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25.

TCI Finance Ltd spiked 19.97% to Rs 15.98 at 11:58 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'B' group. On the BSE, 1.06 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2289 shares in the past one month.

Walchandnagar Industries Ltd gained 12.08% to Rs 195.7. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'B' group. On the BSE, 9.13 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 65674 shares in the past one month.
The contracts were secured through a joint venture comprising AG Enviro Infra Infra Projects (51%), Jigar Transport Company (29%) and M.K. Enterprises (20%).
Under the contracts, the JV will handle approximately 650 MT per day from A, B, C & D wards and 600 MT per day from N, S & T wards, supplying owned new vehicles for the next seven years. The total value of the contracts is around Rs 1,330 crore.
The company clarified that neither promoters nor promoter group have any interest in BMC, and the contracts do not qualify as related-party transactions.
