For the full year,net profit rose 11.28% to Rs 160.94 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 144.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.61% to Rs 4159.79 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3507.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at Rs 51.43 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 50.79 crore in Q4 FY25. The company reported exceptional items of Rs 1.45 crore during the quarter.
Total expenses rose 22.05% YoY to Rs 1,088.93 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 892.20 crore in Q4 FY25. The cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 885.78 crore (up 23.71% YoY), while employee benefits expense was Rs 52.27 crore (up 38.56% YoY).
On a full-year basis, the company's consolidated net profit rose 9.96% to Rs 160.94 crore, while total income increased 18.66% to Rs 4,173.12 crore in FY26 compared with FY25.

Bansal Wire Industries has reported a 3.8% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 43.3 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 41.7 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue increased by 11.29% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1,029 crore in Q3 FY26.
Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at Rs 57.46 crore in Q3 FY26, down 1.11% from Rs 58.11 crore reported in Q3 FY25. The company reported exceptional items amounting to Rs 1.54 crore during the quarter.
Total expenses rose 12.20% to Rs 973.47 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared with Rs 867.61 crore in Q3 FY25. Cost of material consumed stood at Rs 806.15 crore (up 2.22% YoY) and employee benefits expense was at Rs 44.11 crore (up 6.36% YoY) during the period under review.
On a nine-month basis, the company’s consolidated net profit rose 6.72% YoY to Rs 120.87 crore, while revenue increased 17.78% YoY to Rs 3,023.43 crore in 9M FY26 compared with 9M FY25.

For the nine months ended FY26, cumulative volumes increased 37.88% YoY to 3,40,411 metric tonnes, from 2,46,888 metric tonnes in the corresponding period last year.
