Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd spiked 11.64% to Rs 670 at 11:46 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 9.76 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 80996 shares in the past one month.
Neuland Laboratories Ltd surged 8.10% to Rs 12706.75. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 18486 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2891 shares in the past one month.
Godrej Industries Ltd soared 7.80% to Rs 1278.8. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 26594 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 9300 shares in the past one month.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd advanced 6.99% to Rs 47.62. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 54.6 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 9.17 lakh shares in the past one month.
Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd gained 6.64% to Rs 14375. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 7997 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6049 shares in the past one month.

LT Foods’ consolidated net profit jumped 7.91% to Rs 160.51 crore on 7.4% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 2,228.36 crore in Q4 FY25 over Q4 FY24.
JSW Energy reported a 16.14% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 408.05 crore on 15.73% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 3189.39 crore in Q4 FY25 over Q4 FY24.
Godrej Industries reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 183.08 crore during the quarter as compared with a net loss of Rs 311.81 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations jumped 26.55% YoY to Rs 5,779.69 crore in Q4 FY25.
Bikaji Foods International's consolidated net profit declined 61.66% to Rs 44.56 crore despite a 14.61% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 596.91 crore in Q4 FY25 over Q4 FY24.
Garware Technical Fibres’ consolidated net profit rose 1.4% to Rs 71.05 crore in Q4 FY25 as compared with Rs 70.07 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations jumped 13.15% YoY to Rs 432.55 crore in Q4 FY25.
For the full year,net profit rose 1536.45% to Rs 981.38 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 59.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales rose 18.41% to Rs 19657.41 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 16600.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
Profit before tax (PBT) surged 419.2% YoY to Rs 635.22 crore in Q4 FY25.
PBDIT (profit before depreciation, interest, and taxes) soared 118% YoY to Rs 1,288 crore during the quarter.
Total expenses jumped 27.53% to Rs 5,839.09 crore in Q4 FY25 as compared with Rs 4,578.49 crore in Q4 FY24. Cost of material consumed stood at Rs 2,235.56 crore (up 2.61% YoY), cost of property development was at Rs 3,692.59 crore (up 43.01% YoY), employee benefit expenses were at Rs 393.43 crore (up 8.76% YoY) and finance cost stood at Rs 542.32 crore (up 46.97% YoY) during the period under review.
On full year basis, the company’s consolidated net profit zoomed 1,536.5% to Rs 981.38 crore on 18.4% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 19,657.41 crore in FY25 over FY24.
Meanwhile, the company’s board approved the re-appointment of Nadir Godrej as managing director, designated as chairman and managing director for a period starting from April 1, 2026, up to August 25, 2026, subject to approval of Shareholders.
Further, the company’s board approved raising of funds by way of issuance of unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) / bonds / other instruments, listed and / or unlisted, on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, for an amount not exceeding Rs 2,000 crore during the period of 1 year from the date of approval by the shareholders.
