For the full year FY26, the company reported total sales of 5,32,437 MT, up about 10% from 4,85,447 MT in FY25.
The volume growth was driven by strong demand across the company’s ERW steel pipe and tube segments, supporting its ongoing expansion in both domestic and industrial markets.

Hi-Tech Pipes has reported 14.2% fall in consolidated net profit to Rs 17.38 crore despite a 24.6% increase in net revenue from operations to Rs 1,069.58 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared with Q3 FY25.
The Sikandrabad facility hosts a production capacity of 0.12 million tons. It would specialise in the production on ERW pipes and hollow sections.
With the commencement of commercial production at Sikandrabad, and supported by recently commissioned capacities at other locations, the company has raised its total installed annual capacity to 1.05 million tons.

Hi-Tech Pipes had announced its earnings for the December quarter on Saturday (07 February 2026).
The company has reported 14.2% fall in consolidated net profit to Rs 17.38 crore despite a 24.6% increase in net revenue from operations to Rs 1,069.58 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared with Q3 FY25.
Total expenses for the period under review aggregated to Rs 1,046.63 crore, up 25.7% YoY.
Profit before tax in Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 23.20 crore, down by 14.3% from Rs 27.06 crore recorded in Q3 FY25.
The scrip had shed 0.12% to end at Rs 80.79 on the BSE on Friday.
The Kathua facility has an installed capacity of 80,000 tonnes per annum (MTPA) and is designed to manufacture ERW steel pipes as well as coated and other value-added steel products. The plant has been developed with modern manufacturing infrastructure, enhanced automation, and robust quality-control systems, enabling the Company to meet stringent customer specifications and evolving industry standards. With the commissioning of the Kathua facility, Hi-Tech Pipes is now very close to achieving 1 million tonnes of installed manufacturing capacity, reinforcing its position as one of the fastest-growing steel tube and pipe manufacturers in the country.
The commissioning of this Greenfield plant aligns closely with the Company's strategic focus on increasing the share of value-added products (VAPs) in its overall sales mix. With greater emphasis on coated and specialized steel offerings, Hi-Tech Pipes expects to benefit from an improved product mix, enhanced realizations, and better EBITDA per tonne over the medium to long term. The newly commissioned capacity is expected to begin contributing meaningfully from mid of Q4FY26 onwards, supporting both volume growth and profitability.
