For the full year,net profit declined 74.71% to Rs 141.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 558.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 12.45% to Rs 1305.57 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1491.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
The company has reported an EBIDTA of Rs 49.24 crore as against Rs 59.10 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, an increase of 14.02%.
The company's profit before tax tanked 94.46% year-on-year to Rs 32.47 crore in Q4 March 2026.
During the quarter, the total expense fell 7.52% to Rs 392.74 crore. Raw material cost declined 8.06% to Rs 35.10 crore and employee cost marginally rose 0.10% to Rs 29.46 crore.
The board of directors, at its meeting held on May 14, 2026, recommended a total dividend of Rs 5 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each (250%) for FY26. The payout includes a normal dividend of Rs 2 per share (100%) and a special dividend of Rs 3 per share (150%) to commemorate the company’s 100th anniversary, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing 100th Annual General Meeting.

The company’s joint venture with Prathmesh Construction has received a contract from the Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation (TIDC), Jalgaon, for the Bhagpur Lift Irrigation Scheme Stage 2 and Gravity Pipe Distribution Network project. The total project size stands at Rs 1,716.7 crore, of which Indian Hume Pipe’s share is Rs 343 crore. The project includes construction over a period of 48 months along with operation and maintenance (O&M) for five years.
In a separate development, the company, through another joint venture comprising S.V. Jadhav Construction, Yogiraj Power and others, has secured a Letter of Intent from the Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation (MKVDC), Satara, for the Ner Lift Irrigation Scheme (Packages 3 & 4). The total project value is Rs 536.59 crore, with Indian Hume Pipe’s share pegged at Rs 118 crore.
Both projects are to be executed over a 48-month construction timeline, followed by a five-year O&M period, the company said in a regulatory filing.
These orders strengthen the company’s order book in the water infrastructure and irrigation segment, particularly in Maharashtra.

(1) The Company's share of Rs. 343 crore in the joint venture work {Prathmesh Construction & IHP(JV)} {out of the total work order for an amount of Rs. 1,716.70 crore (Excluding GST, Royalty, Insurance, Crop Compensation)} from the Lift Irrigation Construction Division, Jalgaon, Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation, (TIDC), Jalgaon, Maharashtra for the work of “Construction of Bhagpur Lift Irrigation Scheme Stage 2 & Gravity Pipe Distribution Network. (PDN) with 48 months period for construction & Operation and maintenance for 5 years. Bhagpur Lift Irrigation Scheme Stage 2, Dist. Jalgaon, Maharashtra; and
(2) The Company's share of Rs. 118 crore in the joint venture work {S.V. Jadhav Cont. P. Ltd. & IHP Ltd. & Yogiraj Power Ltd. Pruthviraj Desai (JV)} {out of the total Letter of Intent for an amount of Rs.536.59 crore (including royalty insurance and excluding GST)} from Jihe Kathapur Lift Irrigation Division, Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation (MKVDC), Satara, Maharashtra for the work of “Construction of Ner Lift Irrigation scheme,3 & 4, Maharashtra with 48 months period for construction & Operation and maintenance for 5 year.
