The company said, 'This 70,000 sq feet facility is the last cog in our SEZ manufacturing wheel and will greatly reduce our dependence on domestic plants to meet demands of large Stainless steel fabricated products for export market. Also with this plant we bring an end to the trilogy of plants at SEZ, Pithampur since the next plants are now planned in USA and Saudi Arabia.'
The significant contributors to the monthly order booking of December 2025 are Enviro Infra Engineers (Delhi), Reliance Industries (Mumbai) & Vindhya Telelinks (Rewa) from India and REC Engineering (Hong Kong) & Cartersville WPCP Expansion (USA) from international market.
As on 01 January 2026, the total consolidated order book position of the company is Rs. 912 crore. Out of this, orders worth Rs 284 crore are for Indian market and orders worth Rs 628 crore are for markets outside India.
The company further said that as on 01 January 2026, consolidated orders worth Rs 31 crore have been negotiated with clients and formal purchase orders for the same are awaited.
Jash Engineering manufactures engineering products for wastewater treatment. The company offers products for use in water and wastewater pumping stations and treatment plants, storm water pumping stations, water transmission lines, desalination, power, steel, cement, paper & pulp, petrochemicals, chemicals, fertilisers and other process plants.
The company's consolidated net profit declined 30.29% to Rs 11.16 crore despite a 12.87% increase in revenue to Rs 157.54 crore in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25.
The scrip fell 1.44% to currently trade at Rs 404 on the BSE.
Waterfront fluid controls Limited UK, a subsidiary of Jash Engineering has entered into an agreement / LOI to acquire Penstocks (UK), Leicestershire, UK. This is subject to due diligence which is expected to be completed in the coming weeks and subsequently, the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) should also be finalized within November 2025.
With this acquisition, Waterfront will acquire a small manufacturing facility in Midlands along with some special designs of penstock as well as existing clientele of Penstocks (UK), including access to its framework agreement with a water utility company. This acquisition will help Waterfront to establish a pan UK presence with operations in Scotland, as well as Midlands. The major water utility companies in UK are based in Midlands and South of England and hence this additional presence in Midlands will reinforce Waterfront ability to support its clientele in Marketing and Servicing related activities.
This acquisition is in line with company's strategy to become a major player in the UK water equipment industry in next three years' time.
