Provigil Surveillance, the wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, has received a Letter of Acceptance from South East Central Railway, Nagpur Division, for the Provision of Video Surveillance System (VSS) to monitor 66 Manned Non Interlocked Level Crossing Gates (61 in Nagpur Division, 4 in Raipur Division and 1 in Bilaspur Division). The total accepted contract value is Rs 6.16 crore.
With this order, the Company's cumulative railway Level Crossing surveillance deployment value has increased to approximately Rs 12.17 crore across multiple LC Gates, while the total order book from the Railways stands at approximately Rs 183 crore, providing healthy revenue visibility in the upcoming quarters.
The scope of work includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of the surveillance systems in line with RDSO specifications. The total contract value stands at Rs 6,16,55,609.34 and is scheduled to be executed within 12 months from the date of the LoA.

The project aims to enhance safety at level crossing gates through real-time monitoring, centralized visibility, AI-based analytics and secure data management, thereby improving operational safety and surveillance efficiency across the division.
Provigil Surveillance said the new order strengthens its credentials in executing large-scale, mission-critical surveillance projects for Indian Railways and reinforces the group’s position in AI-driven video analytics and smart surveillance solutions.

The contract is valued at Rs 3.74 crore. The scope of work includes deployment of an advanced surveillance infrastructure equipped with Face Recognition System (FRS) and Video Analytics, aimed at enhancing security and enabling automated monitoring of railway premises.
This order builds upon the Company's earlier surveillance-related LoAs aggregating approximately Rs 165 crores, including around Rs 133 crores from the Indian Railways, and Rs 32 crores from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), for the deployment of AI-based video surveillance systems across railway networks and national highways. These projects encompass advanced video analytics such as vehicle counting and classification on national highways, alongside the deployment of high-definition monitoring and Face Recognition Systems within railway premises. By providing enhanced security, operational oversight, and real-time visibility, these initiatives promote a robust AI-enabled surveillance infrastructure.
The contract, valued at Rs 2.25 crore, involves the deployment of a real-time, AI-enabled CCTV live-streaming and analytics solution for monitoring IRCTC-authorized kitchen units through a centralized portal.
The project is aimed at enhancing hygiene compliance, governance, transparency, and proactive detection of operational irregularities in catering operations.

The company's consolidated net profit rose 14.43% to Rs 27.83 crore on a 4.54% increase in revenue to Rs 164.44 crore in Q2 FY26 as compared with Q2 FY25.
