Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we regret to inform you that a fire broke out on Friday September 19 2025 at 6.15 pm at our Unit-I plant located at Plot No. 169 Phase II GIDC Vapi - 396195 Dist. Valsad Gujarat. First fire was noticed in Electrical Transformer which spread to Electrical PCC room VFDs ACBs LT and HT cables etc. The fire was controlled by using in-house firefighting systems and also fire tenders from GIDC Vapi. The Company has Industrial All Risk Policy and the claim has been lodged. The estimated monetary loss is approximately Rs. 4 crores and the estimated production loss is approximately 2300 MT. The said plant is expected to be in operation in 7 days time. This is for your information and records
