Further to our letter dated 22nd May 2025 we wish to inform you that the Members of the Company at the 89th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today i.e. Friday 29th August 2025 approved by way of an Ordinary Resolution (Item No. 3 of the AGM Notice) the appointment of M/s. LABH & LABH Associates (FRN: P2025WB105500) a peer-reviewed firm of Company Secretaries in Practice as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company in accordance with Regulation 24A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 to conduct the Secretarial Audit for a period of five (5) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30.
