Silver Touch Technologies has received a purchase order from Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), Government of Odisha, for the enhancement, operation, maintenance and technical support of the CM-KISAN Portal under the Agriculture & Farmers' Empowerment Department.
The order pertains to the comprehensive modernization and long-term management of the CM-KISAN farmer benefit platform, a critical digital infrastructure supporting agricultural welfare schemes and direct benefit transfers to farmers across the State.
By modernizing and scaling the CM-KISAN ecosystem, Silver Touch will enable improved governance, faster scheme delivery, and enhanced farmer outreach—contributing meaningfully to the State's agricultural transformation agenda.
The order relates to the modernization and long-term management of the CM-KISAN farmer benefit platform, a key digital infrastructure supporting agricultural welfare schemes and direct benefit transfers (DBT) to farmers across the state.
The company will focus on strengthening the platform’s digital architecture, enhancing integration with national and state-level agricultural databases, and improving transparency and accuracy in benefit distribution.
According to the company, the project will also support real-time data-driven decision-making for agricultural governance and help streamline the delivery of financial assistance and welfare benefits to farmers.
The contract further strengthens Silver Touch Technologies’ presence in the AgriTech and digital public infrastructure ecosystem, while supporting rural digital enablement and agricultural transformation initiatives.
The company added that the project aligns with its broader AgriTech portfolio, which includes farmer lifecycle management systems, DBT platforms, scheme integration frameworks, and scalable cloud-based agricultural applications aimed at improving governance and outreach in the agriculture sector.

CIMR’s mandate includes evidence-based integration of Ayurveda and Yoga with modern clinical sciences, translational research linking laboratory science with clinical practice, national and global collaborations, and public awareness initiatives.
The company said the project strengthens its footprint in healthcare IT, academic research digitalization and government medical institutions, expanding its portfolio beyond traditional administrative e-governance projects.
According to Silver Touch, the mandate is expected to enhance its presence in the healthcare and medical research segment, reinforce its expertise in government-compliant digital infrastructure, and support growth in annuity-based maintenance and future AI-enabled health informatics initiatives.

Under the current mandate, the company will be as Managed Service Provider (MSP) for application development, enhancement, operations & maintenance of FSSAI portals and applications.
The scope of work includes development of new portals and mobile applications (Android & iOS), enhancement of existing portals and dashboards, microservices-based architecture upgrades, cloud-based deployment and management, API integrations with external ministries/departments, payment gateway integrations and the development of multilingual AI-enabled chatbot.
Additionally, the engagement covers database management and architecture enhancement, implementation of document compression system capable of handling over 40 TB data and ongoing operations & maintenance with defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
