ICICI Bank priced $1 billion Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes under its $7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The notes have a five-year tenure and will mature on 27 August 2031. The notes carry a coupon rate of 5.410%, with interest payable semi-annually on 27 February and 27 August each year until maturity.
Hindustan Copper said the Government of India will sell a 3% stake in the company through an offer for sale (OFS), with an additional 3% stake available under the green shoe option in case of oversubscription. The OFS has a floor price of Rs 514 per share.

In the broader market, the BSE 150 MidCap Index fell 0.13% and the BSE 250 SmallCap Index dropped 0.29%.
The market breadth was negative. On the BSE, 1,781 shares rose and 2,282 shares fell. A total of 243 shares were unchanged.
Derivatives:
The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of volatility over the near term, declined 3.01% to 11.18. The Nifty 25 August 2026 futures were trading at 24,340.70, at a premium of 166.75 points as compared with the spot at 24,173.95.

Afcons said it has executed and is currently undertaking several hydro, water supply and water tunnel projects across India, including BMC's 7.13-km Kasheli–Mulund underground water conveyance tunnel, CIDCO's 8.7-km treated water tunnel in Navi Mumbai, the Rural Water Supply Scheme in Uttar Pradesh, and a Water Supply Project in Rajasthan. The company has also completed the Annaram Barrage in Telangana, part of a major multi-stage irrigation project.
Internationally, the company has delivered water supply projects in Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Benin and Rwanda, strengthening its presence in sustainable infrastructure development.
The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 88.40 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with a net profit of Rs 110.93 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations fell 18.9% YoY to Rs 2,613.84 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.
The counter shed 0.61% to Rs 279 on the BSE.
