During the quarter, the automotive business posted revenue of Rs 34,387 crore, up 32.29% YoY, while revenue from the farm equipment segment increased 14.77% YoY to Rs 12,501 crore. Revenue from the services business climbed 30.64% YoY to Rs 12,899 crore.
On standalone basis, the company’s net profit rose 6.82% to Rs 3,684.97 crore on 22.89% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 41,958.76 crore in Q1 FY27 over Q1 FY26.
Total vehicles sold 304,421 units in Q1 FY27, up 23.21% compared with 247,249 units sold in the year–ago quarter. Total tractor sold 158,041 units in Q1 FY27, up 17.86% YoY.

Rajesh Jejurikar, executive director & CEO (Auto and Farm Sector), M&M, said, “Auto and Tractor business demonstrated strong resilience in Q1 F27. We have achieved a QoQ increase of 50 bps in SUV revenue market share and 150 bps in LCV (< 3.5T) volume market share. XEV 9S emerged as highest selling EV in India by Volume. Our Tractors business gained 280 bps QoQ to reach 44.9% market share in Q1 F27. Auto business PBIT Margin excluding eSUV contract manufacturing is 8.3% and our Core Tractor PBIT margin is 19.2% despite commodity inflation.”

Meanwhile, the board approved the scheme of merger by absorption of Mahindra Investment Company (Mauritius), a wholly owned subsidiary, into Mahindra & Mahindra.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 13,349 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q1 FY27), down 2.7% from Rs 13,718 crore in Q4 FY26. Revenue from operations rose 2.2% sequentially to Rs 72,275 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 70,698 crore in the preceding quarter. The company's annualised AI revenue reached $2.6 billion during the quarter, up 13.6% sequentially.
Meanwhile, the board of directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of Re 1 each. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is 15 July 2026 and the dividend will be paid on 31 July 2026.
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M)’s total sales jumped 32.45% to Rs 1,03,502 units in June 2026 compared with 78,142 units sold in June 2025. Production increased 29.99% YoY to 1,10,795 units in June 2026.
Anand Rathi Wealth reported a 73.99% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 162.73 crore in Q1 FY27 compared with Rs 93.53 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations jumped 17.51% YoY to Rs 321.98 crore in Q1 FY27.

Apollo Micro Systems entered into share purchase agreement with Premier Explosives to acquire 2.22 crore shares or 41.33% stake from the promoter AKS Family Trust. The company will also launch an open offer to acquire 26% stake, from public shareholders at Rs 698 per share. The total transaction is valued at around Rs 1,550 crore, subject to customary closing adjustments.
Mahindra & Mahindra achieved overall auto sales of 1,06,207 units in month of June 2026 compared to 77,742 units in June 2025, recording a growth of 37%.
Total sales include passenger vehicle sales of 60,393 units (up 28% YoY) and commercial vehicle sales of 39,896 units (up 44% YoY).
Domestic sales stood at 1,00,289 units (up 34% YoY) and exports of 5,918 units (up 125% YoY).

We are closely monitoring the evolving cost pressures and broader macroeconomic uncertainties impacting industry sentiment and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.”
Mahindra & Mahindra announced its tractor sales numbers for June 2026.
Domestic sales in June 2026 were at 58,177 units, as against 51,769 units in June 2025, reflecting a 12% year-on-year growth.
Total tractor sales (Domestic + Exports) during June 2026 were at 59,935 units, as against 53,392 units for the same period last year. Exports for the month stood at 1,758 units.
Commenting on the performance, Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said “We have sold 58,177 tractors in the domestic market during June 2026 registering a growth of 12% over last year. While it is early to assess the full impact of emerging El Niño conditions, strong government interventions like sustained fertilizer subsidies and targeted support measures at the local level are expected to mitigate some of the risk to farmers and cushion its impact to the Kharif season. In the export markets, we have sold 1,758 tractors, a growth of 8% over last year.”
Consequently, Aditatva has become a wholly owned subsidiary of MHRIL and, as such, a step down subsidiary of the Company with effect from 15 June 2026.
Aditatva is engaged in coffee plantation business on a ~50 acre land parcel located in Chikmagalur, Karnataka. Upon completion of the acquisition of Aditatva, MHRIL will be the owners of all the assets including the said land parcel, which is proposed to be utilized for the development of a leisure resort.
